1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Zevrion ("we," "us"), a research support practice based in Malang, Indonesia. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the Service & Acceptable Use

Our services are intended to support reporters and researchers in locating and organizing archival material and preparing supporting documentation. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent findings we provide, or to request material in a manner that would violate applicable copyright or archival access permissions.

3. Intellectual Property

Findings lists, timeline files, and drafted method notes prepared for a client belong to that client upon full payment. Zevrion retains no rights to publish or reuse client-specific deliverables. Website content, including text and design, remains the property of Zevrion.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services and to use any archival copies we provide only in accordance with the permissions of the originating collection.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our research support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that a given search will locate every relevant reference, and any timeline or note we help prepare reflects the material available at the time of the engagement. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Zevrion's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) with competent territorial authority over Malang, East Java.
